One team that builds it and grows it

A studio of 7 people that builds software and runs the marketing that fills it. Those two things sit in the same team on purpose.
IN PRODUCTION

A few of the things running right now

Not launches, not concepts, and not everything — five of the systems in production today, picked because we can talk about them. Three we built and two we run, with what each one changed and what it is built on. The stack is the first question anybody technical asks and the last thing most studios answer.

Stillorgan Gas

Job dispatch and invoicing · plumbing, gas, drains and electrical

The office dispatches the day’s jobs to engineers, messages them while they are out, and raises the quote and the invoice from the same job. One system for what used to be a whiteboard, a phone and three spreadsheets.

500 jobsdispatched a day, at under a second per API call

Emmanuel Motors

Digital car showroom

The forecourt online: every car currently available, and a request form for the customer who wants something the yard does not have on the day. It took a small business from word of mouth to being found.

ARB Design Studio

Marketplace — clothing to cosmetics

A marketplace they list on themselves, from clothing through to make-up. Customers order, pay and have it delivered, and the studio adds a product line without calling us.

Stillorgan Electrical

SEO and content

Four to five pieces a week answering what their customers actually type, plus the links and the on-page work underneath them. Slow, unglamorous and compounding — which is what organic is.

Dynapar Media

Google & Meta Ads

Search catching the people already looking, Meta creating the demand that search then catches, run from one budget and reported on one page. Tracking went in first, which is why the numbers can be trusted.

There is more running than this. What is on this page is the work we have permission to name — ask on a call and we will walk you through the rest, including the parts under somebody else’s logo.
WHO DOES IT

Meet the team

Two halves of one payroll. Nobody here is an account manager relaying messages to somebody you never meet — the person who writes the code and the person who runs the budget are both in the room.
BUILD IT

Software

The people who write it, ship it and pick up the phone when it breaks.
LEAD ENGINEER

Aman

Takes the brief apart, writes the schema, and is the person you call when it breaks.
FULL-STACK ENGINEER

Jillian

Builds most of what you click, and the parts underneath that decide whether it is fast.
DESIGN AND FRONT-END

Sheamus

The type scale, the motion rules, and the reason it still looks right on the fiftieth page.
GROW IT

Marketing

The people who fill it, and who will tell you when a budget is too small to learn anything from.
PAID MEDIA

Sean

Runs the Google and Meta accounts, and says out loud when a budget is too small to learn from.
SEO AND CONTENT

Nikki

Technical fixes first, then the pages written from your sales calls rather than from a keyword tool.

How we work

Why one team

The usual arrangement is an agency that builds the site and a second agency that runs the ads, meeting once a quarter to disagree about attribution. Every brief we take covers both sides, so the pages get built around the campaigns that will point at them and nobody has to file a ticket with a company they do not work for.

How we work

Two-week sprints, a staging URL that is always live, a written changelog each Friday. You see working pages every week instead of a reveal at the end. It is harder to hide behind and that is rather the point.

What we report

One page a month, same four lines every time, cost per qualified lead on the first one. No forty-slide deck. If a month went badly, it is obvious at a glance and the explanation is underneath it.
